No. We count each visit after your page has already been sent, so nobody waits on us. If TuesdayOtter ever goes down, your site carries on as normal.

Google Analytics counts people whose browsers run its script. Most AI agents never run it, so they're invisible there. TuesdayOtter counts visits on your server, where every agent shows up. Keep using both.

Never. Your agent menu points people to your own checkout, booking or contact pages. Money and customer details stay with the tools you already use.

We collect as little as possible. We never sell data. We don't set cookies on your website or store your visitors' IP addresses, and we never handle your customers' payments.

What we collect from you

What we collect about visits to your website

When you install TuesdayOtter, your site reports each incoming request so we can recognize AI agents. For every request we receive:

We do not receive or store visitor IP addresses, cookies, form contents or anything that identifies a person. Visits from regular browsers are counted as a daily total and nothing more.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We never sell your data or your visitors' data. We share it only with the providers that run the service, under contracts that protect it: hosting ([hosting provider]), payments (Stripe) and email delivery ([email provider]). We'll disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Visit data is kept for as long as your plan's history allows: 7 days on Free, 12 months on Pro and Business. Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of closing it, except where the law requires us to keep records such as invoices.

Your choices and rights

You can export or delete your data from the dashboard at any time, or email us and we'll do it for you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or object to how we process your data. We respond to every request within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Site keys can be rotated from the dashboard, and staff access is limited to what's needed to run the service.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.

The short version

Use TuesdayOtter on websites you own or manage. Pay for your plan if you're on a paid one. Cancel whenever you like. We work hard to keep things running, but we can't promise perfection.

Using TuesdayOtter

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name]. By creating an account you agree to them. You must be able to form a binding contract and be acting for a business.

Your account

Keep your login and site keys private. You're responsible for activity under your account. Only install TuesdayOtter on websites you own or have permission to manage.

Plans and billing

Your agent menu and content

You own everything you publish through TuesdayOtter and you're responsible for keeping it accurate. You give us permission to host and serve it to AI agents on your behalf. Don't publish anything unlawful, misleading or that you don't have the right to share.

What TuesdayOtter doesn't do

We don't process payments, take orders or make bookings. Agents that visit your site are run by other companies, and we don't control what they do or say about you. Our ability to recognize and filter agents depends on how they identify themselves.

Acceptable use

Don't use TuesdayOtter to break the law, attack or overload our systems, resell the service without permission, or track individual people.

Availability

We aim to keep TuesdayOtter running around the clock, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable. Because we count visits after your pages are sent, an outage on our side won't affect your website.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Changes and contact

We'll email you at least 30 days before material changes to these terms. They're governed by the laws of [state or country]. Questions go to hello@tuesdayotter.com.
